Intrauterine insemination success rates are highly variable among couples. Couples who have no unexplained infertility problems and who are physically and emotionally healthy should have 35% intrauterine insemination success rates during their first cycle: That is 20% chance for couples who have no fertility issues and 15% chance afforded by insemination. This means that even couples who historically have difficulty conceiving should have at least 45% intrauterine insemination success rates on their third cycle. At this point, statistically, couples do get pregnant, although some may go on with their 6th cycle and still be childless. These couples are advised that to increase the intrauterine insemination success rates the next time around, should they still decide for IUI therapy, they should prepare mentally and nutritionally for the challenges ahead.

Naturopaths believe that intrauterine insemination success rates are further improved when couples not only take herbs or herbal supplements to boost their fertility, but also functional foods that support the body’s basic metabolic processes and consequently boost the intrauterine insemination success rates. For example, high-fiber and protein-rich diet is generally regarded as healthy, but couples, especially women, should not miss out on unsaturated fats (plant fats like olive, avocado and pumpkin seed oil). Women who have less than 23% body fat are less likely to get pregnant than women who have adequate adipose tissue in the right places. This is an evolutionary requirement to ensure that the fetus is sufficiently nourished even if the mother is prone to vomiting and nausea on the first trimester. Sufficient body fat therefore translates to higher intrauterine insemination success rates when these women opt for assisted reproduction.

Intrauterine insemination success rates are also greatly enhanced by the couple’s mental health. Spouses who are stressed by work or anxiety over childlessness produce neurotransmitters in their brains that depress their reproductive hormones. As established, low levels of estrogen and testosterone undermine the intrauterine insemination success rates. That is why it is critical that medications like follicle-stimulating hormones are introduced during IUI cycles to increase the woman’s chances of ovulating.

On the procedural side of assisted reproduction, intrauterine insemination success rates are greatly influenced by the timing of the actual procedure after the woman has been suspected of ovulating. Insemination after the opportune time has elapsed decreases the intrauterine insemination success rates and requires that the female spouse come back for another cycle, which may make couples hopeless and increasingly discouraged with the procedure. It is essential, however, that couples remain positive about their chances. Statistically, women who have had six cycles are likely to conceive because by then the iui success rates have reached 90% (15% chance of pregnancy per cycle multiplied by 6 cycles). Not surprisingly, more than 70% of women conceive at this stage, while the rest move on to in vitro fertilization and other assisted reproductive techniques.

There are several conception options for people who wish to become pregnant but are facing fertility issues. Intrauterine insemination (IUI) is one method available to these couples to increase their chances of having a child. The chances of IUI success can be improved by adding natural herbs and self massage to the preparation regimen.

Intrauterine insemination is a procedure that facilitates conception by placing sperm directly into the uterus so that the eggs have the best chance of being fertilized. The whole procedure happens in a matter of minutes. It is a simple process that poses only minor discomfort to the patient. Compared to in-vitro fertilization (IVF), the cost of IUI is generally more affordable.

While some doctors do prefer that one or both members of the couple take fertility drugs to prepare for the procedure, they are not essential to the success of the insemination. The overall success rate average of IUI is somewhere between 15% and 20%. It should be noted that more of the successful procedures do include the use of fertility medications, though not all.

Physicians have found that there are a few things aside from fertility drugs that have shown to be beneficial in increasing the chances of a productive procedure. Chinese medicine in the form of acupuncture is often used on the woman, as well as the man who is providing the sperm. In women, acupuncture increases blood flow, lowers stress and relieves medication side effects, while in men it increases the sperm count and virility of the semen.

Some natural herbs are known to promote conditions that counteract the negatives blocking normal fertility. The right herb combination can regulate a woman’s menstrual cycle, stimulate the growth of healthier eggs in abundance, as well as provide richer blood to the uterus which will encourage the uterine walls to thicken, which is better for implantation. The proper combination for the male providing the sperm could generate semen that is stronger and more likely to succeed.

A self massage technique centered around the female reproductive organs has been known to address some of the issues that cause female infertility. Through massage the uterus is manipulated into the proper position and relaxed to allow it to provide a better cradle. The massage technique can also stimulate the ovaries for better egg production and clear any blockage in the fallopian tubes.

Chances of successful conception with intrauterine insemination can be improved with the addition of herbs and massage. Relaxing and increasing blood flow can be major factors in IUI success. Creating optimal conditions for egg and sperm production can also lead to greater rates of fertilization.

For the male, he is asked to produce a sample on the day of the actual insemination. This specimen is then washed and set aside for the actual insemination later.

For the female, she may have to choose between non-medicated or medicated cycle. In the former, it is usually the male spouse who has fertility issues; in the latter, it is her reproductive cycles that impede the natural conception process.

For medicated cycles, she will be given clomid, metformin or hCG to be taken for five days, after which her follicles are measured for maturity. Once the follicles are mature, the sperm are introduced within 36 hours to coincide with the ovary’s release of the eggs.

She may then leave the clinic afterwards, with instruction to follow up with ‘natural’ insemination within the day.

The success rate of IUI is highly dependent on the woman’s age (the older the woman the lower the rate of success), on her health, and on the severity of her infertility problem. To a significant extent, the success rate is also influenced by the male’s sperm performance.

Couples may have to undergo up to six IUI cycles to achieve results. On healthy couples, there is 15% chance of conception on every cycle performed. This means that on the sixth cycle, couples can expect to achieve up to 90% success rate.

Should the IUI cycle remain unproductive, couples may discuss with their reproductive endocrinologists other forms of intervention. In vitro fertilization (IVF) is one such alternative.

From the evolutionary point of view, the impetus for procreation is deeply imbedded in our DNA that it will seek expression in a variety of ways. But in some couples, this natural desire is impeded by faulty human anatomy or failure of the regulating glands to produce reproductive hormones.

There are of course ways to get around unwanted childlessness. Medical professionals call it ART or assisted reproductive technology.

For intrepid couples who want to circumvent their natural impediments, there are several options they can explore. Intrauterine insemination (IUI) is the first step in that ladder.

In the past when ART was not easily accessible to couples because the technology did not yet arise, alternative therapies, like fertility enhancement herbs, acupuncture and fertility massage, were usually recommended to infertile couples. Now, childless couples can benefit from IUI, although the rate of success varies from case to case and highly dependent on a multitude of factors.

Intrauterine insemination is the most ‘natural’ of all ARTs. It is highly recommended for couples who may suffer from any one or a combination of the following.

The female spouse has irregular or absent menses. Unpredictability of menses leads to ovulation problems.

The female spouse has acidic cervical canal. Sperm can survive up to 5 days in a conducive environment.

The female spouse has obstructed Fallopian tubes. Even though she has healthy ovaries producing healthy eggs, if her ‘tubes’ are blocked, she will have difficulty conceiving. One unobstructed tube is sufficient for IUI to be performed.

The male spouse has erectile dysfunction or impotence problems. ED problems can range from retrograde ejaculation (sperm flow back up into the bladder instead of its natural pathway) or premature ejaculation (ejaculate is not deposited into the uterine cavity).

The male spouse has issues with sperm count or motility. Hundreds of millions of sperm are released in a healthy ejaculation, but the sperm count in male with ED or similar problems is significantly lower (only tens of millions).

Either one of the spouse has medical issues aside from infertility.

Both spouses have unexplained infertility despite being physically healthy.

In IUI, these problems are directly addressed or bypassed altogether. For example, if the wife has problems ovulating, she could be prescribed with fertility medicines like clomid or hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin). If the husband has low sperm motility, his specimen is ‘washed’ so only the most mobile sperm are introduced into the womb. ‘Washing’ entails putting the sperm in a medium and letting them swim up to a certain layer. The sperm that makes it in that stratum are removed and introduced into the uterine cavity.

The actual IUI procedure is not invasive relative to other ART techniques. Insemination with a syringe is simply a substitute of how conception is naturally done. The insemination is performed to bypass the acidic cervical environment and to introduce the sperm to the embryo as close as possible. In other words, IUI is simply a clinical way to do it.

So what should couples expect during the actual IUI procedure?

It is essential that before taking a life altering decision, one should prepare adequately for it. It is seems impertinent that you would ignore taking proper steps before leaping into motherhood. Becoming a mother is not a trivial fact—it is a great blessing, so you should make sure you are in prime health before undertaking this marvelous journey.

It is recommended that you get your complete checkup- have your blood, liver kidneys and uterus thoroughly checked. So many ways exist to get your internal systems cleansed and properly prepared to conceive a baby. Many herbs are found that invigorate the liver to flush away the futile toxic hormones and other entities. Similarly nutrients and herbs are available that aid the uterus in getting rid of the stagnant and clotted blood with other residual elements that are quite useless.

Why cleansing is recommended?

Simply as before you get impregnated, it is your last and the best shot at ensuring nothing harmful passes down from you to your baby! Precaution always paves off, so Do it in the best way possible. During pregnancy or at breastfeeding you cannot perform any such action, therefore keep all this in the mind.

Buy now or learn more about this product? Click here!

This is logical with respect to medical science as well. Over the years, many particles and toxins accumulate inside us and in females the uterus lining over the years undergoes many changes and retains many elements that are prone to call up viruses and infections. Some of the toxins that get stored over the course of life are:

Mercury, Birth control residuals, Smoke and dust particles, Pesticides droplets, obsolete and stagnant menstrual blood, hormones discharged and lots of fecal residues in the intestines.

You Need To Cleanse

You cannot avoid having a cleanse up if you have any of the following symptoms:
Experiencing fatigue or depression that is inexplicable, having a swollen stomach, suffering from regular influenza attacks and colds, existence of dark circles/puff eyes, experiencing your monthly with cramps, nausea or shakes, dark blood or blood clot flushing during menstrual cycle, bowel clearing is less than 2 times per day, or have acne and often feel congested.

PCOS and pregnancy are two different things. To define each word, PCOS is short for the term Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. This is a common disorder that affects women 5% -10% of the time. PCOS is the main disorder to blame for infertility and many women and couples wanting to conceive but have not yet been pregnant have begun to wonder if they have this endocrine disorder and what is the treatment. Pregnancy on the other hand is simply a woman’s body carrying a fetus inside.

Many couples have tried to be parents but to some, it takes a while to get pregnant because of certain disorders such as low sperm counts in males and PCOS in females. PCOS is curable, it is just important to be informed about it to know the prescription. The common symptoms of PCOS sufferers are: Menstrual disorders, chronic ovulation or lack of ovulation, hyper-androgenism and obesity. Insulin resistant women are also high at risk with being affected of PCOS. This PCOS disorder affects pregnancy because it is the leading cause of infertility in females and miscarriage when able to be fertilized.

Fortunately natural fertility products are now available for couples who are trying to conceive. As mentioned earlier about insulin being the main source of PCOS, the PCOS fertility kit with natural herbs and supplements will enable the body balance the hormones that form the ovarian cysts. This way PCOS and pregnancy will no longer be much of a problem.

Those who are planning pregnancy may consult a gynecologist, endocrinologist, dermatologist, or a nutritionist. A mental health professional will also help PCOS sufferers deal with PCOS and pregnancy. Practitioners such as they will help one manage the various PCOS syndrome and how to combat infertility.

Thankfully there is always a cure. Another way to fight infertility is to do a PCOS fertility diet. This way that rate of spontaneous ovulation can increase. It will help in improving the uterus environment, prepare the body for conception and decrease the risk of diabetes. Nothing beats a healthy diet for fertility to take place.

What we know today as intrauterine insemination, or IUI, was originally referred to as artificial insemination (AI) that was practiced with cows in the United States around the 1900s. Today, the procedure for IUI remains relatively simple despite the sophistication of modern ART (assisted reproductive therapy). It is largely compatible with couples who have healthy eggs and sperm to begin with. In its simplest form, the procedure for IUI requires preparing a sperm concentrate and injecting it into the uterus using a catheter, providing a means of conception that is as close to natural as possible.
However, the treatment protocol is hugely dependent on various factors, foremost of which is the cause of male and female infertility. So the program may vary from couple to couple, and the treatment protocol is categorized as follows:

Natural IUI. This is the simplest form of assisted reproduction, where the woman’s monthly cycle is charted to determine the most opportune time to introduce the sperm. This is highly recommended for couples with infertility problems due to physical disability or the male’s inability to ejaculate inside the womb at the right time;

“Medicated” IUI. This is applicable in cases where the woman does not ovulate regularly, the sperm count is low, or the sperm motility is weak. The usual medications are clomiphine and gonadotrophins. or some may combine with the herbal blends for higher fertility chance which gives no harm but can increase iui success rates to 100%.

When the couple has decided to go for IUI, the actual process involves the following:

Counting the sperm. This is a pre-procedural laboratory screening to determine if the spouse has enough quality sperm. This is also where screening for possible diseases is done. If the sperm are not viable, a sperm donor may be required. The evaluation process with the donor is the same;

Monitoring the woman’s menstrual cycle. Women who menstruate regularly do this with home-monitoring kits, while women who menstruate unpredictably may be injected with hormones that stimulate ovum production. The women in the latter group will have to be scanned to determine if the follicles are getting “ripe.” This is also the stage where the necessary blood work and screening tests are done;

“Washing” the sperm. The spouse or donor produces ejaculate either at home (to be submitted to the clinic within the hour) or at the clinic. Then, the ejaculate is “washed” of low-quality sperm to produce a concentrate of healthy ones;

Doing the actual procedure for IUI. For better chances at pregnancy, the actual procedure for IUI has to be synchronized with ovulation. Once the egg is released by the ovary, it has to be fertilized within 24 hours; otherwise, pregnancy will not occur. When ovulation is underway, the woman lies on an examining table in preparation for speculum insertion. Then a catheter is inserted through the cervix and into the uterus, placing the end of the catheter, with the semen at the tip, as close to the Fallopian tube as possible. The woman may have to lie down for 20 minutes (and in some cases with the pelvis elevated) before resuming normal activity;

Testing for pregnancy. After two weeks, women can either do the test at home with a pregnancy test kit, or have the result confirmed at the doctor’s office. If the attempt is unsuccessful, the procedure for IUI may have to be repeated.

To increase the IUI success rate, the couple will have to go through at least two cycles; some go up to four, before they decide for a more advanced ART.

PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) is a condition that causes infertility in women and is caused by a hormonal imbalance in the body. Women with this condition have elevated levels of the male hormone testosterone and androstenedione, which cause the suppression of ovulation in a woman’s body thus leading to irregular menses.

Treatment

For many women suffering from infertility due to POCS drug therapy is usually considered as the first option to restoring the natural ovulation cycle. However the drugs used in its treatment are often very powerful and have side effects some of which may be long term. This treatment is also very expensive and may be unaffordable to many couples.

PCOS fertility kit

The pocs fertility kit is a natural treatment that helps the body maintain a natural hormonal balance. The kit has a number of elements, which include:

• 1 bottle of whole food multi vitamins.
• 1 bottle of Vitex.
• 1 bottle of Natural Progesterone Cream.
• 1 bottle of DIM.
• 1 bottle Fetilica Omega blend.

The pcos kit focuses on correcting any imbalances in the body, a healthy living and maintaining the balance in the uterus and hormones. It does this by stopping the cyst formation cycle by balancing hormone levels through removing excess estrogen, helps in the formation of a healthy uterine lining and promoting ovulation through traditional herbs. Each of the components of the kit plays a vital role in the overall cure.

Call Toll Free Now For Any Help With Fertility Kits:

Whole food multi-vitamins

A major factor in reducing the effects of PCOS and preparing the uterus is receiving the right kind of nutrition and overall health. This is made a whole lot easier when taking a multivitamin supplement. Multivitamins may be of 3 types; whole food, synthetic and food based.

Whole food vitamins are composed of complete whole foods and are purely organic based. The synthetic vitamins are produced chemically in a laboratory and do not contain any food in them, they typically have the lowest utilization in the body. The food based vitamins are vitamins in a base of food, although they are marketed with colourful pictures of foods on the bottle they usually contain 1% or less of the actual food in the bottle. The whole food multi vitamins in the pcos kit have the highest utilization, absorption and bio-availability.

Vitex

Vitex is an extract from the chase tree berry and is one of the most powerful herbs for women’s menstrual health and fertility. Its works primarily by balancing the hormones in the body but does not contain any hormones itself. It works on correcting the hormonal feed back of the body.

Natural Progesterone Cream

Progesterone cream works by mimicking the body’s natural cycle by helping the body in establishing its own cycle which includes ovulation. It works by helping to oppose the dominance or estrogen that is caused by PCOS.

Dim

This is responsible for the breakdown of estrogen thus restoring the balance in the hormone.

Fetilica omega blend

Fetilica omega blend contains essential fatty acids that create a healthy environment for conception, help in weight loss and the production of balanced hormones.

Conclusion

The pcos fertility kit is a natural remedy to infertility caused by pcos that seeks to offer a safe and natural treatment option.

IUI stands for intrauterine insemination also known as artificial insemination or human intrauterine insemination. It is the process of placing sperm directly into the uterus in order to enhance the chances of pregnancy.

When iui is need

A woman may need to have iui if she is found to be allergic to her partner’s sperm or if her partner has poor sperm motility, which is when the sperm is unable to travel all the way to the egg for fertilization. Iui may also be performed if her partner has a low sperm count.

IUI process

Before a woman can have iui it is recommended that that she takes fertility drugs to stimulate the ovaries production of mature eggs that are suitable for fertilization. For iui to be successful the woman must be in ovulation and it is therefore very important to make sure that ovulation has occurred. This may be confirmed using a ovulation predictor kit that tests a woman’s urine to tell if she is in ovulation or not.

Sperm collection

Once a woman is in ovulation she and her partner will visit a doctor for sperm collection. The man will then be required to produce a sperm sample through ejaculation into a sterile collection device. If for some reason he is unable to produce sperm he may be allowed to go home and collect the sperm and bring it back to the doctor within an hour.

When the sperm is collected it is then prepared through a washing or cleaning process that involves the separation of the sperm from the seminal fluid. This process involves mixing the sperm with a chemical solution that separates it allowing for the sperm to be collected on its own.

The procedure

Once the sperm is prepared it is then ready for insertion into the uterus. This is done by the doctor by drawing the washed sperm into a flexible catheter with a syringe attached to it. With the woman lying on her back on an examination table with stirrups the catheter tip is inserted into her vagina through the cervix and into the uterus where the sperm is then released and the catheter is then removed after which the woman rests for about 5 minutes. The whole process takes about 5 to 10 minutes after which she may go back to her normal routine.

There are many things that affect the success of iui such as age of the woman, condition of her ovarian function and fallopian tubes or the sperm count of her partner but the most important factor for the success of this procedure is the timing of insemination which must be done when ovulation has occurred.

There are certain things you need to avoid after iui and how to get pregnant with iui on first try.

The success rate of any fertility procedure is affected by many factors including the age of the woman and also the root cause of infertility and it success should not be looked in isolation. It is good to consider the two factors if you want to have a successful outcome. If you turn to an infertility specialist, you should make sure that the physician has an extensive experience in providing various treatments for infertility. It is equally important to know the success rate of the infertility specialist. It would help if you ask friends or relatives who have undergone a successful IUI. They can refer to you a reliable infertility specialist.

While IUI fertilization is done in the uterine by the insertion of the sperm by use of a tube while the IVF method involves removing the woman egg and fertilization done outside the uterus. Unlike the IUI, IVF involves a surgical and hormonal process.

Compared to IVF, the success rate of iui is lower because of the nature of insemination. With IVF the eggs are fertilized outside and many eggs can be fertilized at the same time and the best selected. With IUI there could only be one egg in the uterus thus reducing the success rate because if not successful a repeat will be done another month.

The IUI success rate is recorded between 10-20% while that of IVF is said to be 45%. If you are considering the success rate, you may be inclined to choose the IVF over IUI though it is costly but the chances are higher.
